Refund policy
1. No Returns on Original Works
Each piece is an original, one-of-a-kind work. All sales of original artworks are final.
2. Damage in Transit — Full Replacement or Refund
If your artwork arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will offer a full refund or a replacement piece of equal value at no cost to you.
3. Lost Shipments
If tracking shows your order is lost, we will initiate a claim with the carrier and issue a full refund or replacement once confirmed.
4. Prints/Reproductions (if applicable)
Prints and merchandise may be returned within 14 days in original condition for a full refund. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
